This vintage cuvee is a blend of 70% grand cru Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Twenty percent of the cuvee is vinified in 5 year old barrels. This is an Extra Brut Champagne with no dosage added at disgorgement.
This is a beautifully balanced, elegant and mature sparkler. There is fruit?ripe strawberry?but the main character is its fine balance and richness. It can age, though it is at its best now.
