White sparkling wine made from the Prosecco grape grown on hilly terrain and fermented in tanks according to the Charmat method. The slow process of fermentation at a low temperature and brings out the characteristics of this grape in producing a fine and persistent bead and a color of brilliant straw yellow with hints of green.
