Description:

Ah, my dear fellow, I must confess, this Aoki Shuzo Yeti Yuki Otoko Junmai Sake is truly an elixir of the gods! Its ethereal essence dances upon the palate with the grace of a prima ballerina, while its intoxicating bouquet transports one to the mystical peaks of Mount Fuji itself. Each sip unveils layers of complexity, akin to unwrapping a rare treasure from the Orient. One could almost envision the elusive Yeti himself, frolicking amidst the snowdrifts, as the delicate flavors caress the senses with unparalleled sophistication. Indeed, this libation is not merely a beverage; it is an aristocratic indulgence, a symphony of refinement that elevates the spirit to realms hitherto unexplored. Cheers to the sublime artistry of the Japanese brewer, whose mastery has bestowed upon us this nectar of unparalleled magnificence!

Aoki Shuzo Review

Aoki Shuzo Yeti Yuki Otoko Junmai Sake is a type of Japanese sake produced by Aoki Shuzo, a brewery in the Niigata Prefecture, a region renowned for clean and crisp sake with smooth finish. A classic dry sake inspired by local lore, Yuki Otoko is the bigfoot or "yeti" of Niigata, said to haunt its mountains and occasionally help travelers through the mountain trails. An excellent intro to classic Niigata sake. Rice is Miyama Nishiki milled to 60%, water is soft from an underground current originating at Mt. Makihata.
