Description:
Unlike its sister Vermouth, Chinato is an aromatized wine made from Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin (DOCG), the highest classification of Italian wines. This Barolo Chinato is the finest example of this Northern Italian tradition, and it promises to knock your socks off! Enjoy with friends after a feast, but be warned you may be fighting over the last glass. |

Marolo Review |
Marolo Barolo Chinato is made from an ancient family recipe. A herb-infused Barolo wine, the most noble of wines, it is aromatized with cinchona, rhubarb, gentian, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and other select spices making it a great aperitif to begin a meal or the perfect digestif to end a meal. It is aged for a long time in small oak casks which refines the flavours and aromas into an elegant harmony. |
